Tax CPE Live Stream: 2018 Fall Income Tax Update

As a CPA, continuing education is an important part of your professional development. No matter which state you live in, you’ll also need a certain number of annual CPE hours in order to successfully renew your license via your state board.Tax webinars

Many states require a specific number of CPE hours in a particular topic or set of topics and obtaining all of these required hours can be tough. Like most accounting professionals, you probably have a busy schedule that can involve long hours spent at the office. The idea of dedicating multiple days or even weekends each year to attending seminars isn’t always the most attractive prospect.

Traditionally, you had two options for continuing education: either travel to an in-person seminar or sign up for a correspondence course. The logistics of making it to a seminar are often unrealistic for many accounting professionals, and correspondence courses don’t provide you the opportunity to ask questions of a live instructor.

These days, tax CPE webinars are a great compromise between these two alternatives. They offer attendees the ability to work directly with an instructor and ask questions as needed, but without the hassle that comes along with traveling to an in-person seminar.

CPE webinars can be limited in scope, though, as they’re often rather short. Have you ever wished that you could obtain a larger number of CPE hours in a single day, without having to travel to a live seminar? Now you can, thanks to Basics & Beyond™!
